Technology Adoption in Pakistani Banking Industry using UTAUT

The success of any software product could be measured by its uses and adoption that technology the end-users. In this study, we investigate factors on which bank user intents to adopt internet banking in Pakistan. A survey was conducted Pakistani industry customers using unified theory acceptance use (UTAUT) model explains intention users systems. four predictors UTAUT were facilitating conditions, social influence, effort expectancy performance significant predicting Finally, discuss results, restrictions, implications future recommendations. findings study may help provide insights into a better approach promote e-banking acceptance.
